Since March of 1993, Catholic Charities has been serving individuals both locally, and in the surrounding counties. The program is partially funded by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Fresno.

The program serves all individuals who need help with the management of their monthly financial resources. Those resources could include monies from various plans such as SSA or SSI, Veterans benefits, or private pensions. The checks are sent to our agency on behalf of the client and in turn, the client's regular living expenses are paid.

Case referrals may be made by phone, fax, and email, or individuals may be directed to our office. Program referrals are made by a wide spectrum of individuals and agencies. Then an initial interview is conducted with the client or principal caregiver. Expenses and outstanding debts are structured, and a detailed budget is created.

As an authorized agency, we collect a monthly fee to help defray costs. Monthly contact is made with the client in each case to monitor progress.
